Kathmandu: In the last 24 hours, an additional 1268 people have been confirmed to be infected with the corona virus.
According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 1,024 people were confirmed infected in 6,753 PCR tests and 244 in 3,122 antigen tests.
In the last 24 hours, 2,195 people have been recovered. Similarly, nine people have died in the last 24 hours due to the infection.
Currently, there are 31,826 active cases of corona virus in the country. Out of which 29,658 are in home isolation and 2,168 are in institutional isolation.
There are 289 infected people in Kathmandu, 143 in Kaski, 79 in Jhapa, 65 in Sunsari, 53 in Lalitpur, 45 in Morang, 44/44 in Bhaktapur and Rupandehi, 30 in Banke, 26 in Chitwan, 25 in Makwanpur, 23 in Kailali and 11 in Nawalpari East.
