Kathmandu: Ballot paper with ‘No vote’ written on it found during the counting of votes in Hetauda Sub-metropolitan.
Residents of Ward No. 4 in the main market area of Hetauda were found to have swastika stamped with the word ‘No Vote’.
“No Vote” was found written on two ballot papers.
Lately, there has been a debate in Nepal about ‘no vote’. The Election Commission has not been able to implement the decision of the Supreme Court to arrange a no-vote.
