Kathmandu: Teams of India and Bangladesh have arrived in Kathmandu to play Women’s SAFF Championship football.
The women’s football teams of both the countries were welcomed at the Tribhuvan International Airport by members of the All Nepal Football Association (ANFA).
The Women’s SAFF Championship will start from next Tuesday at Dasharath Stadium, Kathmandu.
Nepal, Bhutan and Sri Lanka are in Group ‘B’. India, Pakistan, Maldives and Bangladesh are in Group ‘A’.
Nepal will play the opening match against Bhutan next Tuesday at 5:30 pm.
