Residents of Sisdole and Bancharedanda warns not to throw garbage from August 17

Kathmandu: Bancharedanda Landfill Site Affected Area Concern Committee has warned not to throw garbage in Sisdole and Bancharedanda from August 17.

The committee held a press conference in Kathmandu on Thursday and requested the government of Nepal, political parties, administrative and judicial bodies, and even the Kathmandu Metropolitan City to not throw garbage in their area.

The committee has accused that the agreement to separate the human settlement from the garbage was not implemented and warned to stop the garbage disposal forever.
