Kathmandu: The monsoon has started in Nepal earlier this year.
Generally, June 13 is considered as the time of onset of monsoon. Last year, the monsoon entered Nepal earlier than the average time. But this time, the monsoon has entered Nepal five days before.
The floods and landslides caused by the continuous rains across the country due to the onset of monsoon last year had caused great loss of life and property in the country.
