Kathmandu: The price of gold in the domestic market has crossed Rs 100,000 per tola on Sunday.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of the yellow metal has increased by Rs 2,000 per tola to reach Rs 101,900 per tola.
Earlier, the gold price was Rs 99,900 per tola on Friday.
The bullion price is increasing in the international market due to the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine. Thus, the price hike has hit the domestic market too.
