Kathmandu: Private airlines company Buddha Air is resuming Kathmandu-Banaras direct flights. The comapny had operated regular flights on this route. However, it got suspended due to the coronavirus epidemic. Now the flight will resume from April 1.
The company has not disclosed the details of the number of flights. The company was operating this route connecting two religious destinations (Kathmandu to Banaras in India).
Pilgrims from both Nepali and Indian countries travel on this route.
Earlier, Buddha Holidays had even sold packages for the citizens of Banaras to take Pashupatinath and Nepalese travelers to various destinations in Banaras.
