Kathmandu: Ncell Axiata Limited on Friday has handed over the first batch of more than 150 oxygen concentrators to the Ministry of Health and Population.
In collaboration with the Ministry of Health, Ncell has committed to provide more than 150 portable oxygen concentrators to government hospitals aiming at fighting against covid-19 pandemic.
Ncell Chief Executive Officer Andy Chong on Friday handed over the first batch of Oxygen Concentrators to Mahendra Prasad Shrestha, Chief Specialist of health ministry.
These concentrators will be handed over to the district level hospitals which are facing severe shortage of oxygen for the treatment of Corona patients.
Ncell has also arranged Ncell Covid-19 hotline service 9805554500, where one can get free health consultation with doctors and health workers. The hotline’s call center at Dhulikhel Hospital also provides free daily health counseling to patients in isolation at home across the country.
