Kathmandu: Tribhuvan University has postponed all the examinations of the pre-scheduled annual and semester system.
On Monday, TU announced that it is unable to conduct the exams due to the Corona epidemic and postponed all scheduled annual and semester exams.
A statement issued by Trivandrum said, “Due to the outbreak of the second wave of covid-19 in all parts of the country, due to the lockdowns and prohibitions, all the examinations currently being conducted and in the process of being conducted cannot be conducted in the status quo.”
As per the decision of the meeting of the Central Examination Steering Committee, all the examinations of the annual and semester system conducted by Tribhuvan University as scheduled have been postponed from April 29 until further notice.
Earlier on Sunday, a meeting of the Covid-19 Crisis Management Center (CCMC) had recommended postponing examinations at all levels.
