Kathmandu: The Tourist Visa Section of the Department of Immigration will remain open throughout the Dashain holidays, the Department announced in a press release today.
According to the notice, the Tourist Visa Section and the agency branch of the Department will provide services daily from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., except on Bijaya Dashami (October 2).
Similarly, the Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) has decided to continue operations during the festival to support foreign visitors. The Board said it will set up a dedicated help cell, staffed with designated personnel, to assist tourists throughout the holiday period.
