Kathmandu: Authorities have recovered five bodies from the site of a tragic helicopter crash in Ward No 7 of Shivapuri Rural Municipality. The Air Dynasty helicopter, identified as 9N-AJD, went down while en route from Kathmandu to Rasuwa on Wednesday afternoon.
The helicopter, which took off from Kathmandu at 1:54 PM, lost contact with air traffic control just three minutes after departure. According to the District Police Office, Nuwakot, the recovered bodies include two males, one female, and the pilot. One of the bodies remains unidentified due to severe burns.
Four of them were Chinese Nationals.
The investigation into the cause of the crash is ongoing.
