Kathmandu: Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) has advanced the process of purchasing three new planes to fly to airports in remote, hilly and mountainous areas with short runways.
The Board of Directors meeting has formed a sub-committee under the coordination of Captain Sudhir Shamsher Rai, Senior Board Member, to carry forward the ship purchase process.
The corporation has said that it will buy these aircraft from internal sources without taking a loan.
