Kathmandu: The price of gold in the Nepali market has set a new record.
According to the Federation of Nepalese Gold and Silver Dealer’s Association (FeNeGoSiDA), the price of gold reached its highest point on Thursday.
The price of gold has reached 106,900 rupees per tola today.
According to the federation, this is the highest price in the history of the Nepali gold market so far.
Meanwhile, the price of silver is fixed at 1,380 rupees per tola.
Due to the highest prices, the number of people coming for sale of old jewelry has also been increasing since last week.
