Kathmandu: In the last 24 hours, an additional 4,107 people have been infected with the coronavirus (Covid-19)
According to the Ministry of Health and Population, PCR testing of 11,354 samples confirmed the infection in 2,975 people and 4,944 confirmed the infection in 1,132.
With the addition of Wednesday, the total number of corona infections in Nepal has reached 75,072. Of them, 9,957 people have died and 661,651 people have been infected.
According to the ministry, there are currently 33,464 active infected people across the country. Out of which 30,270 are in home isolation and 3,194 are in institutional isolation. Of the corona patients, 714 are being treated in the ICU and 156 in the ventilator.
Corona infection has been confirmed in 71 children under the age of 10 and 255 in the age group of 11 to 20 years.
