Kathmandu: In the last 24 hours, an additional 3,749 people have been confirmed infected with the corona virus. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the PCR test of 9,901 samples tested positive for 2,874 people and the antigen test for 5,337 people tested positive for 875 people.
At the same time, the total number of people infected with the corona virus in Nepal has reached 619,401. Out of which 515,591 people have been recovered and 77,858 people are actively infected.
Meanwhile, corona infections have killed 59 people in the last 24 hours. So far, the death toll has reached 8,238. In the last 24 hours, 5,293 people have been recovered, the ministry said.
