Kathmandu: About 35 percent voting has taken place till 12 noon.
According to Election Commission Spokesperson Shaligram Sharma Poudel, the around 35 percent voters across the country has casted their vote.
Amid this, clashes broke out at some polling stations in Dolakha, Sarlahi, Saptari, Ramechhap, Parbat, Humla and Bajura. Meanwhile, voting is underway in peaceful manner so far in other areas.
