Kathmandu: In the last 24 hours, another 2,428 people have been confirmed to have corona infection. Of the 10,001 PCR tests, 2,365 and 447 antigen tests confirmed 63 coronary infections in a total of 2,428 people.
According to the Ministry of Health, five people have died of corona infection in the last 24 hours. Similarly, corona infection has been confirmed in 1,174 people in Kathmandu Valley. In Kathmandu, 987 people have been found infected with corona, 81 in Bhaktapur and 106 in Lalitpur.
Similarly, corona infection was confirmed in 113 people in Morang, 36 in Sunsari, 79 in Parsa, 17 in Kavrepalanchok, 22 in Chitwan, 12 in Nuwakot, 30 in Makwanpur, 31 in Kaski, 14 in Syangja and 27 in Kapilvastu. Similarly, corona infection has been confirmed in 10 people in Gulmi, 23 in Dang, 42 in Palpa, 31 in Bardiya, 277 in Banke, 125 in Rupandehi, 37 in Kanchanpur and 73 in Kailali.
Similarly, 51 children under the age of 9 and 188 children in the age group of 10 to 19 years and 239 children have been infected with corona, according to the ministry.
Across the country, 81 people are in quarantine and 12,690 are active corona infected people.
At the same time, the total number of corona infections in the country has reached 292,152. On Thursday alone, 252 people have been discharged.
