Kathmandu: Twenty four dead bodies of Nepali migrant workers have been brought to Nepal today from Malaysia.
The bodies of Nepalis who died at different times in Malaysia were brought to Nepal this morning by a widebody aircraft of Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC).
The bodies brought to Nepal under the coordination of the Foreign Employment Promotion Board have been handed over to their relatives today.
The bodies of Nepali nationals were brought to Nepal on a regular flight from Kuala Lumpur on Saturday. Of these, the remains of three people who were buried in Malaysia with the consent of their families have been brought to Nepal.
Malaysia, which has the highest number of Nepali foreign workers, is one of the countries where most Nepali workers die.
