Kathmandu: In the first six months of 2022, a total of 237,696 tourists have visited Nepal. Tourist arrivals have seen encouraging improvements as the Corona virus (Covid-19) epidemic has receded and travel restrictions have been lifted.
According to the Nepal Tourism Board, 46,957 tourists visited Nepal in June alone. As per the NTB in February 19, 766 tourists visited Nepal while in March 42,006 tourists arrived here.
Similarly, in April 58,384 and in May a total of 53,608 tourist have visited Nepal.
