kathmandu: Police have arrested 19 people including 9 Chinese nationals for being involved in online fraud.
The team of Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office arrested them from different places and released them on Wednesday.
According to the police, they had been conversing with various people through WhatsApp and conducting fraud classes through a channel called Operation Teacher on Telegram.
