Kathmandu: A total of 15 players from Nepal have registered for the mega auction of the Indian Premier League (IPL).
A total of 1,214 players have been registered for the IPL 2022 Player Auction, including 15 players from Nepal.
Among them, 896 Indian and 318 are foreign players.
The 10 teams will select players from the mega auction to be held in Bengaluru on February 12 and 13.
Last season, Sandeep Lamichhane of Nepal was selected for the mini action but no team signed him.
In IPL, each team will be able to have a maximum of 25 player in the team. A maximum of 217 players will be selected from Auction.
