Kathmandu: Another 112 Nepalis returned home from Afghanistan on Tuesday.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, 102 Nepali nationals were rescued, including 103 from Jordan Aviation and nine from Qatar Air. At the same time, 770 Nepali nationals have been rescued from Afghanistan so far, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
According to the ministry, the rescued Nepali nationals have been managed at the Holding Center in Samakhusi after completing the process including testing of Covid-19 as per the health standards.
Continuous coordination and facilitation is underway to bring Nepalis from Doha, Dubai, London and New Delhi, India, rescued from Afghanistan to Kathmandu.
