TU students demand online exam

Kathmandu: Students of Tribhuvan University have started a campaign demanding to conduct examinations through alternative means. A video of some students participating in the campaign protesting in front of Padma Kanya Campus on Tuesday has gone viral on social media.

The examination for the semester undergraduate level taken by the Dean’s Office of the Faculty of Management has started from Tuesday. There is a demand from the students that the second, fourth and sixth-semester examinations should be conducted through alternative means and not in physical presence.

After the video of the crowded student movement became public, they have also started to be criticized. However, the students said that the situation became crowded after the police intervened while they were protesting peacefully.
