Supreme Court orders to make Deuba the Prime Minister

Kathmandu: The Supreme Court has issued an order to make Sher Bahadur Deuba the Prime Minister. Dismissing the issue of dissolution of the House of Representatives, the Supreme Court has issued an order to make Deuba the Prime Minister.

The Constitutional Court, including Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher JBR, has also ordered Nepali Congress President Deuba to be made the Prime Minister and the House of Representatives to be reconstituted.
Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher JBR informed that an order has been issued to make Deuba the Prime Minister as per the demand of 146 petitioners and also ordered to restore the House of Representatives.

The constitutional session was attended by Cholendra Shamsher Jabra, Deepak Kumar Karki, Mira Khadka, Ishwar Prasad Khatiwada and Dr. Anand Mohan Bhattarai.

The court has stated that the recommendation made by the Council of Ministers regarding the dissolution of the House of Representatives, the information of the decision, and the press release will be invalidated.
