Kathmandu: Chairman of the CPN-Prachanda-Madhav group Pushpa Kamal Dahal (Prachanda) has said that a joint movement will probably take place from mid-February.

Protesting against the appointment in the constitutional bodies, Prachanda reached Satdobato Chowk during the strike called by their group.

Talking to media persons, Prachanda said that they were compelled to go on strike. He said that they had to take to the streets to inform the people about the appointment made by the government in the constitutional bodies.

Stating that this is a battle between democracy and anti-democracy, he said, “We understand and respect the sentiment of the people that this would not have happened.” But sometimes such a compelling situation arises. This is to protect the constitution. ‘

Stating that everyone opposed the dissolution of the parliament and the appointment to the constitutional body, Prachanda said that there would be a stronger movement now. He said earlier, ‘We are all talking. Probably, there will be a joint movement from the first week of March and it will increase all anti-democratic and authoritarian partisans.
