Kathmandu: Nepali national football team head coach Abdullah Almutairi has announced his resignation from the post. He has said that he is about to resign due to the vice president of the All Nepal Football Association Pankaj Bikram Nemwang.
Almutairi has also apologized to Nepali supporters in this regard. After Almutairi took over as the head coach, Nepali football started gaining momentum.
Giving space to young players and new strategies are the hallmarks of Almutairi.
Meanwhile, Nemwang has claimed that the coach is blaming him for no reason. He also said that he is ready to resign if the allegations were confirmed.
