Kathmandu: Home Minister Ram Bahadur Thapa ‘Badal’ has thanked the team including Nepal Police for arresting the accused in the murder of 17-year-old Bhagarathi Bhatta of Baitadi.
Home Minister Thapa thanked the team including Nepal Police for successfully investigating the incident, through his social network Facebook and arresting the accused.
Home Minister Thapa wrote on Facebook: “The accused involved in the murder of Bhagarathi Bhatta of Baitadi district have come under legal action. Thank you to the team including the successful Nepal Police for successfully investigating this very sensitive incident and arresting the accused. I would like to reiterate that the Ministry of Home Affairs is sensitive to control all types of violence against women and is committed to bring those involved in such incidents to justice.
Dinesh Bhatta, who was involved in the murder after the rape of Bhagarathi Bhatta, has been made public by the police on Wednesday .
