Kathmandu: Friendly match between Nepal and India has ended with 1-1 score today.

Anjan Bista scored in the first half at Dasharath Stadium to give Nepal the lead. Anirudh Thapa equalized for India in the second half.
Anjan Bista scored in the 36th minute to give Nepal the lead. In the 50th minute, Anirudh Thapa’s free kick was saved by captain Sunil Chhetri from near the post by Nepal’s goalkeeper Kiran.

In the 60th minute, India’s substitute Anirudh Thapa equalized with a goal. Captain Sunil Chhetri’s powerful shot from about 20 yards away was saved by Nepal’s goalkeeper Kiran Chemjong by diving but Anirud kissed the net from the goal line.

The next match between Nepal and India will be played on Sunday.
