Kathmandu: Coronavirus infection has been confirmed in 1,282 people in the last 24 hours.
According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 925 people tested positive for 12,081 PCR tests and 1,272 people tested positive for 3,407 antigen tests.
In the last 24 hours, seven people have died from corona infection while 1,262 have been cured.
With the addition on Monday, the total number of corona infections in Nepal has reached 792,367. The death toll in Nepal has reached 11,101 and 762,416 people have been cleared of infections.
According to the ministry, the number of active infected people in the country is 18,848. Out of which 17,535 are in home isolation and 1,313 are in institutional isolation. Of the corona patients, 385 are being treated in the ICU and 125 in the ventilator. Similarly, 256 people are in quarantine.
