China to provide 500,000 doses of corona vaccine to Nepal

Kathmandu: China is to provide 500,000 doses of corona vaccine to Nepal. On Friday, Foreign Minister Pradip Kumar Gyawali and Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi had a telephone conversation. He made the announcement during the dialogue. Earlier, China had said that it would provide 300,000 doses of vaccine to Nepal.

It is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post. According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Minister Wang also promised to make Nepal a priority for corona vaccination. So far, no Chinese vaccine has been registered in Nepal for emergency use.

China is vaccinating its citizens. The Indian vaccination campaign is underway in Nepal. India has given 1 million doses of vaccine. In the first phase, 500,000 people will receive the vaccine.
