Kathmandu: The vaccine against 348,000 doses of corona vaccine is expected to arrive in Nepal on Sunday.
Secretary at the Ministry of Health and Population Laxman Aryal informed that the vaccine would arrive in Kathmandu on Sunday.
Speaking at an interaction program organized by the Ministry of Health and Population in Kathmandu with the support of UNICEF and World Health Organization Nepal, Secretary Aryal said that out of the total 2.2 million doses of vaccine coming through Covax, 348,000 doses are coming.
He said that China would provide 800,000 vaccines soon. “The 800,000 doses of corona vaccine provided by China will come soon. We are in talks with foreign countries for this,” said Secretary Aryal.
